Continue through our safe shopping checkout procedure to place your items. Also, choose whether you want to Pay Now (during online checkout) or Pay at the Showroom in Dallas TX 75287 (when the items are picked up).
3. Receive Your Confirmation Email
When your order is ready, you will receive a Order Ready email. Please bring a copy of this email along with a valid form of payment to claim your items.
4. Pick Up Your Items
Once you arrive at the showroom, feel free to check out more teas & teaware at your leisure. When you are ready to check out, simply lets know. If you select the Pay at the showroom option online, make sure you bring a valid form of payment to purchase your items.

How do I purchase in-showroom pickup items online?
When you are ready to check out, select IN-showroom PICKUP from the drop down menu in your shopping cart. Choose the payment method then continue through our "Safe Shopping" checkout procedure.
Why do I need to bring payment to the showroom when I gave my credit card information during checkout on the site?
If you choose to Pay at the Showroom during checkout for in-showroom pickup orders, your card is authorized to verify that it is valid. When you pick up your items at the showroom, you have the option to do more shopping and add more items to your pickup order, then purchase everything in one transaction.
If you chose the Pay Now option during online checkout, your credit card will be charged. When you arrive at the showroom your credit card will be used to verify your identity.
What if I can't pick up my order?
Your order will remain on hold for three(3) business days. Once that time has expired, your items will automatically be returned and your credit card will not be charged. When using a debit card for “Pay Now” orders, please note that your card will be authorized for the total amount. If the order is cancelled, your bank or financial institution determines when the authorization hold will be released and funds made available.
Will I receive an email order confirmation?
When you check out online, your online order summary will be your order confirmation. Then, when your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a order Ready email confirming your order and providing additional details. Note: to ensure you receive this email, please add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your Safe Senders list.
Should I go to the showroom as soon as I place my order?
Please wait to receive your order Ready email before heading to the showroom. If your items are not available, we'll email you with that information.
What if my order is not ready in 48 hours?
We make every effort to complete orders on time, but we cannot guarantee that all orders will be ready in 48 hours. Please wait for your order Ready email before going to the showroom.
Where do I pick up my order?
To pick up your order, please go to our Dallas Showrrom at 4222 Trinity Mills Rd. Suite 228, Dallas TX 75287 (Inside the Westgrove Plaza 2nd Floor). Feel free to shop more and talk with our Associates before you check out. If you chose the Pay at the showroom option, you only need to check out once for all of your items. If you chose the Pay Now option, any items that you select while at the showroom will need to be paid for separately.
What if all my items aren't available?
You can pick up just the items that are available, or ask one of our Sales Associates to assist you in finding a substitute item. We receive new shipments weekly, so we encourage you to try again in a few days. At this time, we are not able to offer back-in-stock notices or accept backorders. Can I reserve some items for pickup and some to be shipped?
Yes. You will need to make a order for in-showroom pickup and an order for delivery separately.
Are there any items that cannot be reserved for pickup?
Yes. Products may not be available for in-showroom pickup due to manufacturer requirements or stock availability. In addition, products that are part of first-come, first-served in-showroom promotions, or included in special sales events cannot be reserved for pickup.
How much time do I have to pick up my order at the showroom?
You have three(3) business days to pick up your order. Your order Ready email will indicate the latest date for end-of-business-day pickup. Please pick up your order by the date specified. If not, your items will automatically be returned to the showroom and your credit card will not be charged. When using a debit card for “Pay Now” orders, please note that your card will be authorized for the total amount. If the order is cancelled, your bank or financial institution determines when the authorization hold will be released and funds made available.
What should I bring when I come to pick up my order?
If you selected Pay at the showroom during online checkout, please bring a valid form of payment and a printed copy of your order Ready email to help process your order faster.
If you selected Pay Now, please bring the same credit card used during online checkout so we can validate your identity.
